I hope you all had a fantastic two weeks since my last post! The other week my daughter and I went out matching and I love that she still wants us to twin when we go out. I know that one day soon she will hate the idea so I savor every moment like these. We had attended the annual Mother Daughter Tea and then she had a friend's birthday party so it was full day.
Today's recipe is another super simple and quick one that you can have as a healthy snack or a great side dish.
Garlic Lemon Green Beans
Ingredients:
•1 lb. green beans, trimmed and rinsed
•3 clove garlic, sliced
•2 tsp lemon juice
•1 tbsp. olive oil
•¼ tsp salt
•½ tsp black pepper
Add all ingredients to bowl and toss together.
Air Fryer:
Air Fry for 12 minutes at 370°
Oven:
Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Bake at 475° for 20 minutes. Stir green beans halfway into cooking time.
